General / Food Vendor Instructions
HEY
Note: Vendor agreements are at bottom of this page – So read your way down there.
Thank you inquiring about being a part of CannaJam Festival! We are very excited to have the opportunity to host this state licensed event. The following document will provide instructions on the process for the day and may change at any point. Please review with your staff prior to the event.
Please be sure we all do our part to keep the park beautiful. Thank you in advance for cleaning your space and using the disposal units for any refuse you may accumulate throughout the event!
If you bring a pet you are responsible for it’s behavior and cleaning up after it.
We are supplying the music for the entire day so please do not play any. It would be OK if you used the round portable 8 track tape player with built in speaker within your tent set at a low volume. Like This.
Want the DJ / MC to say something about your booth? Take note to the DJ. Keep it short and to the point.
There are no horse hitching posts or baggage scales in the park. So leave the weight of the world and your horse at home. Everyone is here to have a good time.
PARKING
You can carefully manuver your vehicle through the park without tearing up the environment to set up your area.
You can NOT park your vehicle in the event area during the event. You should NOT have your vehicle in the park after 11:30am.
You can NOT park in the south lot or you will be towed.
There is an area across the road on the south side where you can probably park. This area is out of our control at this time.
If we ask you to move your vehicle out of the park – You gotta move it.
Food trucks must stay in the North area parking lot on the cement. There is limited room.
